Hello Humn Community!

Welcome to our first Youthful Stillness event at the creek. (6-12 years old)

We are excited to invite you and your children to a special morning dedicated to enhancing kids mental health, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.

Join us for a morning filled with fun and engaging activities such as:

Mindfulness Workshops: Teaching kids to stay present and focused.
Kids' Yoga: Promoting relaxation and physical well-being.
Interactive Games: Building social skills and teamwork.
Music Sessions: Encouraging creative expression and joy.
Connection Opportunities: Helping kids make new friends.
Emotion Regulation Exercises: Including breathwork and meditation for calm and focus.

Alon : Certified Breathwork and meditation instructor
Roxy: Certified children's yoga instructor
Adele: Specialising in creative expression activities and arts for children

This event promises a morning of learning, growth, and lots of fun, providing children with valuable skills they can use for life.
