The Yoga Pyjama Party - A Yin and Sound Experience

The Yoga Pyjama Party is back!

Say "See ya later!" to the winter season in style... Maximum comfort style!

You've got pyjamas (or at least a comfortable tracksuit?), we've got bolsters. Bring your mat and any extra soft comfortable items- pillows, blankets, even stuffed toys and come to a deliciously nourishing yin and sound practice.

When? 30th August 2-3.30pm

Where? @hotyogasouthport IN THE NON HEATED ROOM!!!

This is not a "hot yin" but a yin that will be in a room sufficiently heated to a comfortable temperature.

Investment? $50 before 31st July, $55 after

All your questions answered:

❔Is this a hot yin practice?

🧐No! But the room will be warm enough to be comfortable- a kind of Goldilocks temperature because she was all about everything feeling "just right"! 🤗😉

❔Can I bring my kids?

🧐This is a pyjama party for really big kids... who might also drive...or can at least take public transport by themselves, no permission required! For adults who might just be big kids at heart. Get playful and crawl around on the floor with me!

❔What's the sound portion?

🎤 I'm going to create a live lullaby of looped vocals to really get you into that space of deep connection with yourself, then we will finish with some resonant instruments like Tibetan and crystal bowls, and koshi chimes. 🩷

❔ Are mats and props provided?

🧐 The studio has a limited supply of mats for hire so bring your own if you can. Bolsters and blocks will be available, if you want anything else squishy and comfy to support you physically or emotionally please bring it along!
