Zen Sisters Circle: ***A Journey of Healing and Connection***

Join us for an enchanting evening of community and self-discovery at our women’s circle on Friday, 15 Nov, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This is a FREE community event for all women brought to you by Zen Tea Lounge Foundation with a mission to support and empower women. 

This transformative event is designed to nurture your spirit, promote wellness, and deepen your connection with yourself and other women.

What to Expect:

- Meditation: Begin the evening with guided meditation, creating a serene space to center your mind and open your heart.

- Qigong: Engage in gentle movement and breathwork to cultivate energy and enhance your physical and emotional well-being.

- Women’s Health Mini Workshop: Explore menstrual health and womb healing through a mini workshop based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is focused on healing and empowerment, fostering deeper self-awareness and connection to your feminine essence.

- Spiritual Song Circle: Experience the power of voice and song as we come together in a supportive environment, sharing spiritual songs and mantras from ancient traditions. 

- Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the gong, handpan, shamanic medicine drum, and chime. This sound healing journey will help release stress, promote relaxation, and restore balance within.

This evening is an opportunity to unwind, connect with your inner wisdom, and embrace the collective energy of women supporting women. Whether you’re seeking healing, inspiration, or community, this circle welcomes you.

- Date & time: Friday, 15 Nov, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
- Location: Campbell Park Community Hall, 7P Bibby St, Chiswick NSW 2046 (street parking available). 
- Bring: comfortable clothing, water bottle, yoga mat (or something to lie down on).
