GETTING TO THE VENUE:

You will be able to walk, ride your bike, drive and/or catch public transport. Parking is available, if spaces outside are full which they probably will be, the paid car park is right across the road costing $8.00 for the day or $4 per hour. NOTE: during the therapist programme we will allow cars inside the gate, however do not expect this to be available on March 11th as we will be doing the working bee there.

HOW TO FIND THE VENUE:

Morning Zenthai Flow Beach Yoga - Location will be beneath Nobbies Lighthouse. You will get an email 2 days before hand with more details. Make sure you check that, weather forecast may inspire a change.

IMPORTANT NOTE
There are two Merewether Scout Halls. Make sure you enter into your maps app, the one on Smith St, Newcastle West. DO NOT GO TO ALLWORTH ST.

WHEN TO ARRIVE:

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes early for each session and be ready to start on time. Gates will open at the Scout Hall from 10:40am for the 11am session. And for sessions after lunch we will also open 20 minutes prior.

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that life changes, so if you have made a booking and can not honour it, we would REALLY appreciate a cancellation so that we can make the most of the places available for those who are keen to join us. If late notice (within 24hrs) please phone 0423309733.

5.30-7.00 Zenthai Shiatsu Workshop and Sound Bath

What to Bring if you are coming for the whole day:

A yoga Mat (not required for beach session).
A sarong
A water bottle (full)
Swimmers and Towel
A Hat
Suncream
Long Sleeve Shirt
A paint brush
Lunch (or you can get a packed lunch from Momo's).
Socks and Warm clothing - You can get cool when receiving zenthai (bring socks) and warm comfortable clothing and enjoy.

7am - 8:30am
Zenthai Flow - Earth Element: a dynamic flow involving yoga asana, qi gong and functional movement and will focus on the Earth Element. Stability, Building energy, Cultivating stillness.

We will be enjoying this adventure on the sand, no yoga mats are required. Please bring a water bottle and anything else you need for an ocean dip after.

8:30 - 10am
Breakfast at Momos: a wholesome cafe with a nutritious and delicious menu. Stay tuned to find out about the Zenthai Special on the day.

10 - 11:30am - Scout Hall, Newcastle West

Community Permaculture Working Bee - We have some baby banana, wattle, mulberry trees and some thornless blackberry to plant. Thanks so much to Curtis Morton who is a Permaculture Design Student helping out to put this planting and beautifying project together. We are on the lookout for some more Mulch and passionfruit vines, please be in touch if you know where we can source it. We will have some artistic signs to paint, so please bring your paint brush to help with that.

- paint brush (small for painting words), we will be making signs.

11:30 - 5:30pm - Bar Beach
Picnic Lunch and Ocean Dip. Enjoy a swim in the ocean, a picnic lunch, Acro Yoga, juggling, hola hoops, Meditation, play some music, go for a walk, a bike ride, and/or perhaps share some zenthai with your friends, the hall can be made available.

COVID SAFTEY: We take extra pre-cautions to make the event as COVID Safe as we can. We have limited numbers, will be utilising outside spaces and will also limit the changing of partners in the workshops. You do not need to bring your own partner, although you are welcome to.
