Event description

📍Location: ArapilesFlow Movement Studio, 117 Main Street, Natimuk (enter via Depot Lane)

About the workshop;
This fun and interactive workshop will weave in solo movement, partner interaction & a guided Zenthai Shiatsu exchange infused with the Elements (traditional Chinese medicine). No bodywork experience required. You will learn a 15 min simple sequence to share with your friends on your next adventure!

This is a fully clothed, holistic & body positive experience, held in a safe setting of mutual respect & care.  This workshop is a space to connect with yourself, with friends, and with the energies around us.

Zenthai Shiatsu is a movement-based structural and energetic bodywork. It acknowledges wholeheartedness and focused intention as a foundation of healing power. With wholehearted touch and connection, we unlock our vast and inherently holistic capacity for healing and transformation.
