A Time to Nurture the Mind and Spirit
Event description
This Saturday morning workshop is an invitation to take time to nurture your mind and spirit. Together we will explore elements that create and sustain a healthy mind and spirit. For mind health you will have time to identify your stressors and how you respond to stress, and we will provide you with tools to include in your customized care plan. To nurture your spirit, we will begin with discussing spirituality and the aspects of healthy spirit as opposed to spiritual distress. You will have time to reflect on where you find your meaning and purpose. Embrace the fullness of living by tending to your mind and spirit in the sacred company of others. We hope to see you there!
Format includes presentation, private reflection/journaling, sharing and meditation. Please bring a journal/paper and pen. Reservations are required.
*Please note that due to materials, presenters' time, and programing logistics we only offer a 50% refund for tickets purchased.
