Animalia Homecoming: with Maara (CA)

After months abroad, Animalia returns for its first event of the Spring/Summer, this time presenting a very special international guest ( + some of the best locals in Naarm) 

Canada based Prog-Trance goddess Maara is gracing her presence at Miscellania amidst her first tour through Aus. On the back of her Mode Festival set, and b2b with Animalia boss Kia, we are so excited to host her.  Hailing from Montreal, Maara has made her mark on the dance music scene since her 2021breakout EP 'Ultimate Reward' on NAFF recordings. Maara has continued to build a name forherself, releasing her subsequent EP on Sonido Isla 'Potion Activated', which features 'The Forbidden Plum', nominated for Best Song of 2021 by Resident Advisor. She has followed that with a string of releases this year on Radiant Love, X-Kalay, and her most recent forthcoming EP announced on Kalahari Oyster Cult.Maara continues to bless the scene by bringing a playful atmosphere to dance floor bangers.
