Join yoga teacher and yoga therapist, Michelle Freeman in a 3 day immersion into the practice and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga. Â In this immersion, we go beyond the physical into the depths of practices that guide us to embody the eight limbs of yoga. These eight limbs include yogic breathing, meditation and ethical considerations as a way to live a more conscious and peaceful life. Â
This weekend is also an opportunity to develop and deepen your asana practice through workshops that highlight simple ways to build better strength and flexibility. Â These workshops can help you to feel stronger and more open as we explore techniques to help you advance your asana practice.Â
