Choose the one that piques your interest -- cookbook, challenge, happiness, etc. We will discuss the principles of the Blue Zones, and how we can apply them to our lives and our community.

Please bring a yummy item to add to our salad bar (tinned fish, olives, seasonal fruit or veg, etc).
