Event description

Forest therapy is a simple and down-to-Earth practice that improves our wellbeing, strengthens connection to self, nature and other humans and acknowledges and reveres country.  We are guided in a sequence of activities that awaken our senses and help us slow down, connect and remember our relationship with nature.

For more information, including answers to questions such as "What happens on a nature therapy walk?", "Is there scientific proof that it's good for us?" and "What should I wear?!" visit the Held Outside website.

Private sessions are available for yourself or a group -  friends, family, colleagues, class, retreat or conference.
