South West Small business owners, block out your diary for FOUR Bite Size Lunch & Learn dates in February 2025.

IPS Business Advisory invites you to hear from local, state and federal government representatives on how they can serve you as a small business owner. All for free. These sessions provide you with the opportunity to get up close and personal to very busy people in our community.

A light lunch is provided. Come along to learn, lunch & network. Numbers are strictly limited and registrations are required for catering purposes.

Meet Manager Economic Development and Property Trevor Ayers, and Senior Economic Development Officer Tracey Whyte, from Economic Development at the City of Busselton. There’s a lot to offer the Busselton small business community through ED so come along and hear about the business concierge service, available resources and the latest CoB business and marketing Grants.

About the Presenters:
  Trevor Ayers: Manager Economic Development and Property has over 20 years working in Local Government, predominantly within economic and business development. He worked in Bunbury before spending 12 years in Esperance. He moved to Busselton in early 2024. He has also run his own small businesses during this time.  Prior to joining Local Government Trevor worked in real estate and finance – including being the first community bank manager in Western Australia.

Tracey Whyte: Senior Economic Development Officer has lived and worked in Busselton over the past decade, proudly working for the City of Busselton to deliver some of our large-scale major projects. After a brief stint in Perth to broaden horizons that included mentoring services for small business and working in State Parliament as a Policy Advisor with portfolios ranging from Transport, Planning, Tourism and Small Business. Tracey has returned to the City of Busselton with a passion for contributing to sustainable economic and business development of our beautiful city.
