Work with our talented kitchen staff making tamales and sopas while learning about tequila and mezcal with The Libation Project
What to Expect
- Class Time 2-3 Hours
- Learn to Cook Tamales and Cook the Fillings and build
- Art of building a sopa
- Tequila and Mezcal education with Cocktails
- Food Guidelines have various food allergens in them. Please let us know ahead of time of any food allergies and we will try our best to accommodate
- Demonstration with lots of hands on
