Class Description  

Work with our talented kitchen staff making tamales and sopas while learning about tequila and mezcal with The Libation Project
 

What to Expect  

• Class Time 2-3 Hours  
• Learn to Cook Tamales and Cook the Fillings and build 
• Art of building a sopa
• Tequila and Mezcal education with Cocktails 
• Food Guidelines have various food allergens in them. Please let us know ahead of time of any food allergies and we will try our best to accommodate  
• Demonstration with lots of hands on 

Class Syllabus  

• Demonstration on tamale fillings and how to cook 
• Demonstration on sopas
• Learn about Tequila and Mezcal 
• Learn Cocktails  
• Build Tamales to take home and enjoy cocktails
