Restorative Breathwork is a gentle, guided session designed to:

Guided by Lauren Wainer, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Breathwork Facilitator, this ocean-side session combines science-backed breathing techniques with the grounding rhythm of the sea.

This is a weather-permitting event.
If the weather is unsuitable (rain or strong wind), all attendees will be notified the evening before and offered a transfer to the next available session or a full refund.
