Take a pause with us on Tuesday 23th September for two nourishing hours of rest and reflection. Guided by candlelight and gentle practices, this is your invitation to soften, reflect, and release, so you can reconnect with what matters most.

Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, tender, or just need a moment to breathe, this space is for you.

What to Expect

  Ground into the candlelit space & your body

• Cacao Ceremony
  Sip cacao to warm the heart & deepen presence

• Yin Yoga
  Slow, supported postured to help you unwind and tune inward

• Yoga Nidra
  Guided rest meditation to soften mind & body

• Sound Bath
  Listen to harmonizing sound bowls, as vibrations wash over you

• Journal & Integration
  Finish with quiet reflection to support processing & integration

Bring a yoga mat, comfy clothes, journal, water bottle and anything you like to make this practice special
