Event description

Join the Port Adelaide Historical society at our Museum for a fundraiser with some Christmas fun.

Enjoy our Gourmet Hot Dogs, with French fries and Salad.

Then devour Lions Christmas pudding with brandy custard, followed by Tea and Coffee.

This will be followed by historic movie footage.

A draw for the door prize and raffle will conclude the evening.

BYO drinks, Tea and Coffee provided and Soft Drinks on Sale.

The Port Adelaide Historical Society has been working to preserve and protect the history of Port Adelaide and environs area since 1972. Our collections consist of framed pictures, photographs, maps, books, artefacts, printed ephemera and maritime memorabilia dating back to the 19th century. The collections are housed at our Semaphore rooms, our Museum at Peterhead and recorded in stone in the Portonian Walk. The Portonian magazine, has been published quarterly and has become a valuable source of Port Adelaide history for historians and researchers. Our Semaphore collection, above the Semaphore library is available to the public every Friday 1:30-3:30pm Our Museum located at 95 Fletcher Road Peterhead, is open each Sunday from 2:00 pm until 4:00pm
