About The Workshop
The Conflict Management and Customer Service workshop is  a pre-employment and self-employment workshop for young people aged 16-30 living in Canberra, to start a micro-business or enhance their employability skills. During the workshop, participants will hear from industry leaders through an interactive Q&A session, giving them valuable insights into strategies and techniques for conflict management. Following the Q&A session, participants will join a customer service workshop.This hands-on session provides tools to strengthen resilience in times of conflict and de-escalation techniques to support personal growth and improved customer service.

What to Expect:
- Conflict Management. Learn strategies to manage and resolve conflicts in customer service settings, including handling disagreements with customers or team members.
- De-escalation Techniques. Master de-escalation techniques to reduce tension and keep customer interactions calm and constructive.
- Communication and Feedback. Develop skills to give and receive feedback in a way that supports both personal growth and improved customer service.
