KEYNOTE - THE CHANGING FACE OF MARKETING FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS
The top 10 things small business owners should be doing and the five things that they should be avoiding. We are constantly surrounded by confusing 'noise' about what we should be doing to promote our businesses. This presentation cuts through the 'noise' with clear guidance built on the success of hundreds of businesses like yours and two decades of sales and marketing savvy.

Presenter Graham Fitzpatrick. Graham is a Business Connect Advisor with Western Sydney Business Centre. He is a sales, marketing and advertising specialist and Chief Copywriter at WordMax. Graham also delivers the LAMNG quarterly Sales & Marketing Program.

KEYNOTE - MANAGING 'YOU' - ESSENTIAL PERSONAL SKILLS

Business owners are facing new challenges on two levels - personal and business, as the cost of living, including interest rates, continue to rise. This keynote will guide you in managing your self-awareness, self-discipline, decision-making, and interpersonal skills as fundamental building blocks for successful leadership and professional growth.

Presenter John Groarke. John is the Principal of JEGMC (Management Consulting); a Senior Partner at Find a Consultant and a mentor with the Small Business Mentoring Service (SBMS). He is known as Australia’s “Mentor to Consultants” and has equipped ambitious consultants and professional advisors with the insights they need to confidently break through with relevant, distinctive, focused, sustainable and profitable enterprises. Since 2006 he has been a mentor to early-stage start-ups, helping them to shape prosperous futures.

OUR MEETINGS

All attendees have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business. Depending on numbers, introductions are between 30-60 seconds - so it would be a good idea to make a note of the key points you want to make!

You get to meet like-minded people, exchange ideas, learn, socialise, collaborate, gain knowledge, form new relationships, get fresh business ideas and tips and, of course, expand your introduction-based business network.

Whether your business is shop, office, industry, home based or in a shared space, you will meet motivated owners and entrepreneurs to share your passion and grow your business with.
