Come join us for a Sit and Sew! Gather up your UFO’s (unfinished objects) and sewing projects and join us for a few hours and catch up. Or learn a quick and easy fun project. Our dynamic mother daughter duo Stephanie and Tammi will have a couple of quick sewing ideas for small gifts or quick projects and be available to assist if you have some sewing questions. Bring your sewing machine, materials, and/or project! We will provide handouts of quick sewing project ideas and have examples to show and demonstrate.
Meet our Presenters: Tammi Riddell and Stephanie Potter
Stephanie and Tammi are avid crafters that enjoy projects and DIY. They have made a variety of sewing projects including clothes, curtains, embellished towels, baby items, table runners, and quilts.
Tammi is a 3rd generation sewer! Her grandmother Nancy made suits for her grandfather in 1950’s and 1960’s! Tammi didn’t start sewing until 3 years ago! Until then she could barely hem pants! Now she makes quilts. We are not experts, but we can do our best to answer many questions.
