Create Your Template: Session 3 of 4, Canva & ChatGPT Workshop Series

A lot of the time you spend on a post goes on deciding how it should look. A template makes those decisions once, and then you're filling it in.

This morning you work out which templates you actually need, plan your month around them, and build them. It's Session 3 of a four-part workshop series at the WBA venue in Wanneroo, run by Andy Kahle of AndyK Design.

You'll leave with

Three templates built in Canva from your brand kit, a month of posts planned and grouped by template, and more posts made from your templates with ChatGPT.

What we'll do

• Write a list of the posts you'd really put up in a normal month, and choose your three templates from it

• Plan a month of posts in batches: all your quote posts together, then all your product posts, then all your event posts

• Build three simple templates, and learn what makes them hold up: alignment, one clear headline, two fonts and space

• Use one of your templates as an example to make more posts with ChatGPT

• Check what comes back against your brand, and fix what's wrong

• Your brand kit and your ChatGPT Project, ready, with both accounts logged in

• Photos you already have of your work, your products or your team

• Your next four to six weeks of dates: events, specials, and anything you want to push
