A creative art therapy process to help you to reflect on your workload, responsibilities and lifestyle.
You will be guided through a creative reflection where you will take note of ‘what is on your plate’ while exploring ways to get through the week, what nourishes you and how best to maintain your wellbeing. Filled with timely reminders for boosting wellbeing, health and self-care, this is the perfect workshop for those who feel that they need more balance.Please note: there is no art skill required to participate in this workshop, it’s simply using art as a medium for self-reflection.
