CREW Iowa August Luncheon: Female Leadership & Communication Styles
Event description
Join us as Quinn Texmo dives into an interactive discussion on Female Leadership and Communication Styles.
In our own way, we all want to be successful. This success happens one day at a time. Does being female impact that success? What are some barriers to that success? In this presentation, Quinn will discuss female communication and leadership styles, and how they impact you working in a male-dominated industry.
After this presentation, participants will have a better understanding of barriers for women in the industry and ways to mitigate or overcome those barriers. Participants will also walk away with the confidence and feeling that they will be able to say “no” when necessary.
