Crystal ball gazing post Election about business!
Electra Business Breakfast – B2B networking – Sponsored by Electra
Nau mai haere mai Electra Business Breakfast is pleased to welcome Kirk Hope, Chief Executive of BusinessNZ. He will share his observations of the Election result or potential scenarios if coalition negotiations are in progress. Depending on the result, local, national, and international business relations could be quite different, or will it be more of the same over the next three years?
What are we to expect, more of the same or will everything be tipped on its head? How will a change of Government impact on our ability to be sustainable in business when considering the economy and taxes, employment, education, workforce skills and immigration, the environment and the RMA, the cost of living and our health & welfare system? He will also touch on how business can collaborate better with Government in the future.
Whatever the result of this Election, it is fair to say that business needs a reset so we can all get back to doing what we know best without the chaos of an election interrupting the flow of business. Kirk is well placed to do the crystal ball gazing as the leader of BusinessNZ, New Zealand's leading business advocacy group, representing thousands of businesses of all sizes. He and his Wellington-based team, work with companies, organisations and political and other decision makers, advocating for New Zealand's success through sustainable economic growth.
See you there! Book early to avoid disappointment.
