    As part of the Tourism Navigator Pilot funded by the Department of Social Services, Hotel Etico in collaboration with the Australian Federation of Disability Organisations (AFDO) is excited to announce the offer of Disability Awareness Training for small and medium-sized businesses.

    Feel free to book into one or book into all. The training is designed to;

    • Increase your confidence and awareness of disability
    • Improve your communications, accessibility, recruitment, and retention
    • Become a more welcoming, confident, and accessible business

    This is perfect for business owners, leaders, managers, and staff who want to learn more about disability and how to create a more inclusive workplace.

    Module 2: A+ Communication – how to communicate and reach the widest pool of customers

    Communication is key to success in any business, but it can be especially tricky when trying to reach a diverse audience. This session will teach you how to communicate effectively with people with disabilities.

    • How to write accessible content
