Dungog Tea Party
with Port Bus to Dungog, Saturday 11th September 2021
Tour Summary:
After a successful first year in 2019 and the shutdown due to COVID-19 in 2020 the Dungog Tea Party will be returning in September 2021. We are looking forward to seeing all the wonderful new designs! The Dungog Tea Party will incorporate a Tea Cosy Challenge, a Trivet Competition and Tea Tastings.
Now is the time to let your inner creativity get out, so start knitting, crocheting, sewing, working with tools, creating that special unique design. Your tea cosy or trivet can be made from any material. Entry forms are on their website.
Join Port Bus to the 2021 Dungog Tea Party which is in the historic James Theatre, one of the oldest cinemas in Australia. Dungog has great drawcards such as cultural and natural heritage, a creative arts and crafts sector in a picturesque rural setting. The event is being organised by enthusiastic locals.

Itinerary:
Pickups will commence by 07:00. Approximate arrival in Dungog is 10:30. We will park up at the Railway Station near the Theatre. All within walking distance of the coach are cafes, galleries, antiques, art society shops etc. Food outlets in the main street cafes, Pubs, RSL Club and Tin Shed Brewery so have a shop, grab a bite and we will head off at 15:00. Drop offs should commence by 16:45.
