Join yoga teacher Jac Keleher alongside cellist & vocalist Georgia Shine for an embodied journey into the somatic underworld of your human body.
Through yin yoga, embodiment, story-telling, music, and drawing upon the deep wisdom of the natural world — this unique and immersive yoga experience is designed to take you on a somatic journey into the underworld of your body.
This is a prayer for the earth. An invitation to remember kinship and explore the innate relationship between the human body and the natural world through story-telling and somatic enquiry.
The space will be transformed into a womb of light and colour to hold you in a deep experience of your inner and outer senses. Intuitive, ethereal sounds of live cello and vocals will weave throughout the entire journey to lovingly hold you inside of the wonder of what it is to be alive and awake in the world
