From the years of experience of Jennifer Jones - interior stylist & leading sustainably focused Northern Beaches caterer, this is food styling at its biggest best. It is also a fun way to tackle the serious issue of food wastage in our fortunate society.

For a completely satisfying ‘feel good, taste good’ adventure, become one of the crew of this communal, creative endeavour to reconsider how to make the most of your food & limit the landfill.

An amazing grazing table of wowza scale will be created by participants as part of a collaborative team, using fresh food waste donated by local businesses.

All construction workers building the multi sensory masterpiece will get to then demolish/eat their edible artistry. This table is to be created under the curious watch of public/passers by. Simply watch as others build this public display or become part of a community construction team and sign up for this fun food extravaganza.

Any unused food will be donated to disadvantaged, homeless locals by way of LocalKind. The amazing work of other local waste heroes - Manly Food Cooperative & other local businesses donating food for the event makes this an event with great community spirit. Zing's business partners will share their amazing achievements in their hugely significant waste management, food redistribution initiatives, community composting practices & urban farming solutions.

This event is suitable for all ages. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a participating adult.
