Monique “Mon” Commins is an embodiment facilitator, dancer and the founder of EMBODIED. ~ a space dedicated to empowering others through embodiment practices that support self-connection and authentic expression.

Mon rediscovered her love for dance at 30, following a 13-year break. As she began navigating fears rooted in past experiences and conditioning through different modalities and healing practices, she discovered that movement could be so much more than choreography ~ it could be a way to reconnect with herself, explore her authentic expression and feel more at home in her body.

This personal journey sparked a deeper curiosity about the relationship between movement, the body and the parts of ourselves we learn to hide. Inspired by the practices that had supported her own growth, Mon began exploring these modalities more deeply through training, with the intention of creating spaces where others could experience that same sense of connection, freedom and possibility ~ not only through dance, but in everyday life.

Drawing on her training in mindset coaching, yoga, energy healing and psychosomatics, Mon weaves together embodied movement, somatic exploration and intentional practices to create spaces for connection, expression and empowerment.

Her approach brings depth without the heaviness and intention without taking life too seriously. Mon believes that healing and spirituality can be grounded, practical and playful ~ that growth doesn't always have to feel like hard work and that sometimes the most meaningful shifts happen when we give ourselves permission to slow down, be present, move, feel, simply be within community and have a good laugh along the way.

Through EMBODIED. offerings, Mon invites you to pause, turn down the noise and tune into what feels true for YOU. From circles and movement sessions to immersive containers, retreats and 1:1 work, her approach is grounded in presence and curiosity, creating space for people to reconnect with their body's wisdom, explore their authentic expression and discover what becomes possible when they give themselves permission to be, to feel and to move in alignment with their truth.

At the heart of EMBODIED. is an invitation to slow down, turn down the noise, turn up the feeling and let your body take the lead ~ with a little less pressure, a little more play and the freedom to explore, express and show up as your unapologetic self ❤️‍🔥
