Wed, 9 Dec, 8pm - 9pm EST

Description

Entry requirements are one of the first things a learner encounters — and one of the first things an auditor checks. Yet they’re often inherited from a training package with little thought given to whether they’re appropriate, defensible, or even accurately reflected in your marketing and enrolment materials. This session works through how to determine genuinely fit-for-purpose entry requirements and document them so there’s no daylight between what you say, what you check, and what you can evidence.

Key Topics

·       Distinguishing mandatory (training package) requirements from RTO-added requirements

·       Setting entry requirements that are defensible, not just convenient

·       Documenting and evidencing entry requirement checks at enrolment

·       Aligning entry requirements across marketing, enrolment, and training and assessment strategies

·       Common audit gaps: where “documented” entry requirements exist on paper but not in practice
