ENVISAGE Workshop (South Coast)

ENVISAGE is an online strengths-based parenting program fully-funded by the Australian Government for parents and carers raising children with disability, delay and Autism.

Developed in collaboration with parents, professionals and researchers. Not only is ENVISAGE based on evidence and best-practice approaches, importantly, it provides you with the essential knowledge and practical skills to support your child’s development while ensuring your family thrives. 

DATES

The program is delivered online over 5 weeks.

Session 1: Thursday 27th February 7:30-9:00pm

Session 2: Thursday 6th March 7:30 – 9:00pm

Session 3: Thursday 13th March 7:30 – 9:00pm

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no Session on Thursday 20th March 

Session 4: Thursday 27th March 7:30 – 9:00pm

Session 5: Thursday 3rd April 7:30 – 9:00pm

• Foster a sense of belonging for your child
• Build collaborative relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals
• Prioritise what is important to your family
• Increase the well-being of your child and your entire family

Who is this event for

ENVISAGE Families is a program for parents and caregivers raising children with developmental concerns, disability, delay and autism aged 0-8. Your child doesn’t need a diagnosis to access ENVISAGE.
If you are a professional working with children, there is an ENVISAGE-Service Providers program. Please email sp.envisage@mcri.edu.au for further details.

Who will be facilitating the workshops

Sessions will be facilitated by two trained professionals 

• A parent-peer facilitator from Kindred, who has lived experience raising a child with disability
• An early childhood professional
