For this session, we revisit the principles and enablers of intersectionality and map them to practices in your workplace. How does intersectionality differ from diversity and inclusion approaches?

We also invite participants to share examples of intersectional approaches and projects you’ve undertaken. Perhaps you have a challenge in how you’re applying intersectionality in your organisation — we’ll have time to workshop three to five examples in order to understand the day-to-day practicalities of intersectional approaches.
