What will you learn?

During the day, you will be introduced to the principles and practice of facial reflexology, including:

• An introduction to facial reflexology and its history.

• Locating key facial reflex points.

• Learning practical thumb and finger techniques.

• Developing a step-by-step facial reflexology routine.

• Understanding appropriate pressure, positioning and treatment flow.

• How to incorporate facial reflexology into your existing complementary therapy practice.

There will be plenty of opportunity to practise the techniques, ask questions and develop confidence as you work through the routine.

Your learning materials and certificate

Your course manual will be emailed to you in advance so you can complete some background reading before attending. This allows us to spend more of our time together on practical learning, demonstrations and developing your hands-on skills.

You will receive your course manual and supporting learning information, and a certificate of attendance will be presented at the completion of the class.
