Who is this course for?

  • You're a white leader or BIPOC leader managing a diverse team and unsure how to engage meaningfully across lines of difference.
  • You’re responsible for applying an equity lens to policies, budgeting, or project management but lack the tools to communicate those decisions with clarity and buy-in.
  • You're a person of color  facilitating conversations with white colleagues and navigating dynamics that can feel exhausting or isolating.
  •  You’ve been asked to facilitate culture change but you're unclear on how to move from simply presenting content to guiding dynamic, equity-centered transformation. Power dynamics, role ambiguity, and issues of race, gender, and hierarchy complicate the work, and you’re unsure how to navigate them.

If any of these strategies resonate with you, register now for our upcoming Facilitator Intensive.

Have a team of 15 or more? We can bring the training to you, even if you're located outside the Portland metro area. Contact Archana Manuel at archana@thecenterconsultancy.com to learn more about group options and on-site facilitation.

(Prerequisite: Reframing Racism or foundational knowledge of race equity)

These sessions are led by the Center's Co-Founder and Author, Hanif Fazal and will include a copy of his book, An Other World.
