Financier Workshop

This workshop will teach you how to make this iconic French teatime treat.

Financiers are light, moist tea cakes made with just six ingredients, but can be tricky to perfect.

This session will teach you how to brown your butter, and tips and tricks to ensure your cakes are light and flavourful.

Perfect for beginners or intermediate cooks alike.
