Our wellness day invites you to connect deeply with yourself, the surrounding landscape, and each other. We’ll spend the morning outdoors, tapping into a sense of play and creativity. Think nature explorations and rhythmic drumming to awaken your senses.
Relish a delicious bush-themed lunch, carefully crafted to nourish your body before joining a 'Connection to Country' guided walk of Granite Island with Mark Koolmatrie, deepening your understanding and appreciation of the land's traditional owners and the original stories that were shared here.
As the day unwinds, we’ll immerse together in the calming practices of Yin Yoga accompanied by delicious live sounds, creating an oasis of relaxation. A chance to dive further inwards, reconnect with your body, and fully unwind.
Our intention is to leave you feeling rejuvenated and connected with nature, self, and like-minded souls. Join us for this transformative day, a blend of wellness and cultural enrichment.
