Foundational Communication for men: The Mechanics of Communication.

Recent data shows that relationship issues are the most prevalent psycho-social stressor for men, with 44% of men citing relationship breakdown as the primary trigger for mental health decline (AIHW 2024). Most of us were never taught “how to communicate”; we were taught to react, blame, or shut down. There is a documented 32% "Literacy Gap" between what men feel and what they actually say, meaning what is said is not accurate to what is happening internally (EQ Competency Research 2024).

This is a high-impact, 4.5 hour (plus breaks) intensive designed to move you from reactive "Below the Line" behavior to intentional Relational Leadership. I don't do "fluff." I provide a literal, mechanical structure for how you hear, process, and respond to the people who matter most, while being compassionate, centred instead of reactive and interrogative.
