This immersive, sensory activation workshop uses three product types to foster reflection and dialogue. Participants explore their leadership journeys through past, present, and future perspectives, cultivating greater awareness, clarity, and intention.

Lai Phan is a Leadership Companion specialising in women’s leadership, capability building, and business transformation. She is the founder of Unlimited You, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering midlife women to enhance their leadership and wellness using the M-Cube approach, integrating Movement, Mindfulness, and Mindset. The organisation also supports young women’s education through the Pay it Forward 1-for-1 initiative, ensuring leadership growth is shared across generations. Lai holds a Master’s degree from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA program and has held senior positions at Kmart, IBM, Weave, among others. She is also a Women in Leadership scholar and an advocate for human-centred development.
