An especially potent time for a breath journey - this full moon take some time out to journey beyond the conscious mind - using breath and sound to transcend thoughts, to anchor yourself deeply in the present, and to work with the energy of the full moon to release, reset and relax.

Conscious connected breathing (or rebirthing breathwork) is a healing modality using the breath to access deeper states of consciousness. It is a simple breath technique available to anyone, with most of the session done lying down under blankets for warmth.
Set to music - with Himalayan Singing Bowls and drums - to bring deep vibrational healing to the body, and soothe the nervous system. Energy healing whilst you breathe helps to break through resistance and reach greater depth.
