Future of Work - Agile Lab

Event description

3-part Lab (group session - solo case study review - group session) = 3 x 90 minutes a day
Monday 27th to Wednesday 29th: 11:30am–1:00pm.

The Agile capability cannot be understated: a highly-developed Agile organisation thrives in the volatile, uncertain, and complex environments that cause even well-resourced incumbents to falter.

Misunderstandings about Agile, inadequate support, and an insufficient commitment to growth cause organisations to focus on terminology, tools and processes instead of structure and culture.

This interactive, three-part Agile Lab offers a thoughtful exploration of the why of Agile and the mindset that is required for a successful transformation. The Lab is enhanced through the study of real-world transformations: some successful, others not. This understanding provides a strong foundation for new and experienced Agile practitioners who want to deliver twice the value in half the time with ten times the joy.

Facilitated in collaboration by Chris Gagne from Approach Perfect and Annette Leicht-WillFuture of Work Collective.

This Lab will:

  • help you by exploring fundamental concepts
  • let you try out a number of simple practices to start being, thinking and acting in Agile ways
  • have you walk away inspired and empowered to begin NOW, with concrete actions

Please note that for the second Lab you will need to prepare in advance. The concrete assignment will be discussed in the first part.

The Lab includes a printable workbook. If you do not have access to a printer, let us know and we’d be glad to help.
