Event description

The Future of Work is NOW! What really are these new ways of working? How do they affect people's experience? What do we need to learn? How can we start now?

3-part-Lab: Monday 27th to Wednesday 29th - every day 1h30-3 pm

Discover how it is to work in a new paradigm of culture and leadership that’s emerging all around the world from start-ups and social enterprises to innovative academia and corporations. It responds to new technological possibilities but also to a wider cultural evolution coming from the next generation of people with a new outlook on life seeking to create a positive impact on people and planet.

All over the globe teams, organisations, communities and ecosystems are experimenting with new ways of working that engage and inspire people so they collaborate and innovate to make their shared purpose become a reality. We tapped into this global movement and created this workshop for you to discover this new way.

Part of a series of sessions to future-proof careers and workplaces, this lab will help you explore and experience this paradigm shift by trying out some really simple practices that will gently shape a new culture starting at a personal and team level. This is a real practical lab which will give you new perspectives on how people work, learn and lead. You will walk away with inspiration and steps you can start immediately including an open-source playbook.

Delivered by Sandra Otto and Lani Dodds from Future of Work Collective, part of  Enspiral right here in NZ where techies and change-makers dream, work and learn together in really new ways.
