Future of Work - Ask Us Anything Session
Event description
Ask any question you may have around culture, learning and leadership in the Future of Work, and we will try to answer them with our panel of experts.
Block your calendar for one or both 60 min sessions
This open session allows you to explore a new paradigm of culture, learning and leadership that’s emerging all around the world - from start-ups and social enterprises to corporations and learning institutions. It responds to new technological possibilities, arising challenges in society and economy and also to a wider cultural evolution across all generation with a new outlook on life seeking to create a positive impact on people and planet.
All over the globe teams, organisations, communities and ecosystems are experimenting with new ways of working that engage and inspire people so they collaborate and innovate to make their shared purpose become a reality.
Part of a series of sessions to future-proof careers and workplaces, we will address your questions through a meeting method called Lean Cafe for you to
- connect other people with shared interests
- be inspired by what’s possible in your future workplace
- learn yet another Future of Work practice
Your questions will be addressed by diverse NZ-based yet globally connected workplace innovators: Sandra Otto, Sandra Chemin, Stella Green, Mara Tolja, Chris Gagne and Lani Dodds - many of them part of Enspiral where techies and change-makers dream, work and learn together in very new ways right here in NZ.
