Ghost Hunt at Landoll’s Mohican Castle

Join renowned ghost hunter Sean Austin and our resident expert Sheri Ryals (now in her 10th year at the Castle) for a one-night-only guided investigation across our most active locations. Sean is a demonologist, paranormal investigator, psychic medium, and author featured on Travel Channel’s Ghost Loop, Destination America’s The Demon Files, and Netflix’s 28 Days Haunted, with two books in his Shadow Chaser series.
Ages: 16+ (minors must remain with their guardian) • Terrain: hilly/uneven; portions outdoors

Guided, group investigations (10:35 PM–2:30 AM) across: Heyd Cemetery, Heyd Cabin, the restaurant, the banquet hall, the pool house, the Hess Suite in the Castle, the Ballroom, the red oak tower, and the tunnel under the Castle
Final debrief before dismissal

10:20–10:35 PM – Gear-up & team assignments
10:35 PM–2:30 AM – Rotating investigations (small groups)
2:30–2:50 AM – Evidence recap & dismissal by 3:00 AM

General Admission: $129.99 (dinner, lecture, full investigation, debrief)
Limited to 50 total seats for quality, small-group sessions
Bring Your Own Gear (optional)
Guests are encouraged to bring paranormal research equipment (label your items). Useful tools include digital recorders, EMF meters, spirit boxes/ITC devices, IR thermometers, cameras, and headlamps/flashlights. We’ll provide structured methods, baselines, and quiet-time protocols on site.
