Grow Your Own Microgreens

Microgreens – mini sized plants packed with flavours and goodness – are so easy to grow in just about any container on a sunny windowsill. Used in salads, sandwiches and soups microgreens are so versatile and can be tended indoors or out. In this Saturday Nature Craft session you will plant, taste and take home your own microgreens.

Bring your own containers to recycle.

You can bring:

·     Empty and washed out halved eggshells

·     Washed see-through plastic salad containers with lids

·     Seed raising trays, with a tray underneath to capture water and soil

·     Small pots

You can use just about any type of container, so long as it’s food safe.

The Saturday Circle

This event is part of the Saturday Circle a monthly repair, share, regen, reuse and resilience building get-together at the Randwick Sustainability Hub, 27 Munda Street, Randwick.

Held on the second Saturday of the month, most events are 10:00am - 12:00pm.
