Guided walk and bushcare with the Friends of Onkaparinga Park
Event description
Join the Friends of Onkaparinga Park on a guided walk as well as joining in environmental weed control activities. This is an opportunity to experience one of the few remnant native vegetation sites in the southern vales.
Accessibility
This activity includes walking the Hardy's Scrub Hike Trail which is a classified as a Grade 3 Trail - Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Tracks may have short steep hill sections, a rough surface and many steps.
This activity is not suitable for people who use wheelchairs.

Gate 16, Corner of Chapel Hill Road and Old Quarry Track, Blewitt Springs
What to Bring:
- Enclosed shoes
- Sun protection
- Insect repellent
- Drinking water (1 litre minimum)
- Gardening gloves
- Loose fitting long pants
- Long sleeve shirt

- This event will be cancelled in the event of severe weather or a total fire ban being declared in the Mt Lofty Ranges Fire Ban District.
