Healthy Pastures and Grazing Management Workshop | Dayboro

Learn how to manage your pasture for both productivity and ecosystem health through good grazing management principles and an understanding of your local soils and land types.  

Topics include: 

• Pasture identification and indicator species. 
• Improving pasture quality and quantity.
• Grazing management strategies; including pasture rest and recovery. 
• Property planning and sustainable land management principles. 

There will be a paddock walk as part of the day, you will need suitable footwear, sun protection and a water bottle.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
