Heart & Soul Connection Circle

Gather with like-minded women for an enriching experience of connection and rejuvenation. Join us for a Connection Circle where we come together to share, listen, and foster meaningful friendships. Enjoy a crystal singing bowl soundbath and immerse yourself in a symphony of healing vibrations, letting go of stress and tension as you embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner harmony.

Prior to the soundbath, participate in a cleansing smudging ceremony, purifying mind, body, and spirit with the sacred smoke of sage. Conclude the afternoon with a delightful cup of herbal tea, all while enjoying conversations with newfound friends.

Heart & Soul is all about creating friendships in a group format but also participating in self care and healing by enjoying a soundbath. All women welcome. This is an open, welcoming and safe space.
