Making your own herbal remedies builds self-sufficiency and is good for your budget. Know exactly what you are putting into and on your body. At one time our ancestors knew how to make all of these preparations and it was an important part of daily and seasonal life. Reclaim this knowledge for yourself!
We will delve into traditional herbal medicine making practices and understand the how and why to use a variety of preparations. Each class students will make their own herbal remedies and learn the basic uses, history and benefits of each preparation.

Schedule:
- May 5: Tinctures, Elixirs & Making an infused oil
- May 19: Syrups & Electuaries
- June 9: Salves & Creams with Infused oils made in May 5 class
Upon registration students will receive a list of easily available supplies to bring to each class. Herbs will be provided.
Classes may be purchased individually, but the best value and learning opportunity comes with attending all 3 classes.
