Hiking, Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation at Curtis Falls, Mount Tamborine 🌿

We invite you to a morning of connection — with nature, with others, and with yourself.
We’ll walk, breathe, meditate, and share in circle.
A special opportunity to step out of routine and return to presence.
✨ Schedule ✨
10:00 am | Welcome & Yoga Flow
We’ll meet at the Curtis Falls carpark (Google Maps location will be shared).
After a warm welcome and setting the day’s intention, Paulette will guide a gentle 45-minute yoga session to stretch and prepare the body.
10:45 am | Mindful Walk to the Creek
We’ll begin our 3 km walk in silence, practicing walking meditation.
The journey takes about 1 hour, connecting with the sounds, scents, and beauty of the forest.
11:45 am | Breathwork, Meditation & Sharing Circle
Once we arrive at the creek, Edna will guide a conscious breathing practice followed by meditation.
We’ll then gather to reflect and share.
12:30 pm | Snacks & Return Walk
We’ll enjoy some snacks together and then head back on the same path — this time more relaxed and chatty.
1:30 pm | Optional Café Gathering
Back at the carpark, those who wish can join us for a coffee at Le Chile Café to close the experience in community.

👟 What to bring:
Comfortable clothes and walking shoes
Mat and small towel to sit by the creek.
1,5 L Water recommended
