Description

This training course has been developed for council staff that review and assess requests for the review of a determination via the NSW Planning Portal.

 

This session will demonstrate how to:

  • review the application for completeness, including confirming that the application was determined within the last six months

  • request additional information

  • accept or return an application.

 

Note: This session will not include any policy clarifications. These should be directed to the relevant team within the Department via email planningsystemreform@dphi.nsw.gov.au.
