How to re-refer an Agency referral request

This session provides council users with an overview of how to re-refer an Agency referral (CNR) request within the NSW Planning Portal.
The session will demonstrate how to re-refer a request in scenarios where a referral has been rejected or where an agency decision has already been provided and reconsideration is required.

The course will cover how to:

• locate the referral case

• re-refer a previously rejected clause

• re-refer a clause that has an agency decision

• upload relevant documentation such as a reconsideration letter

• review and submit the CNR.
